NCMGMA Call for Conference Speakers

Do you have valuable healthcare knowledge that could help your peers navigate the evolving future of healthcare? What about leading-edge research or solutions that other healthcare professionals could use?

If the answer to either of these questions is yes, we encourage you to submit a proposal to speak at an upcoming NCMGMA conference.  NCMGMA conferences typically host over 150 attendees and over 70 exhibitors representing the healthcare industry.  We also host, in partnership with North Carolina Medical Society, 10 webinars every year.  Your presentation should address one of the following content areas:

  • Alignment and integration strategies
  • Compliance and risk management
  • Health information management
  • Patient care and quality
  • Professional and staff development
  • Revenue and cost strategies
  • Information Technology

Once submission closes, your information will be reviewed by the NCMGMA Education and Conference Committees respectively and you will only be contacted if there is an interest.  Throughout the year, you may re-submit or submit information for consideration for the next year.

What’s in it for you?

Conference Presentations will receive a waived conference registration fee (a $300 value) for you and one co-speaker to share in all the great knowledge offered through NCMGMA’s education outreach (certain restrictions apply).

What you’ll need for submission:

  • Complete contact information for all presenters
  • Session Abstract including an overview, session description and what attendees can expect from your session.
  • Three learning objectives, each stated in 25 words or less describing measurable outcomes

All presenters, if selected, will be required to agree to the contractual terms and conditions as set forth in the submission process and presentations will automatically be disqualified if there is any evidence of promotion of a product or service.

Thank you for your interest in sharing your knowledge with your colleagues, we look forward to reviewing your submission.  If you have any questions, please contact the NCMGM offices at [email protected].
