On March 27, Congress passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. In this session, the speaker will examine the Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program provision in the CARES Act. The speaker will cover who is eligible, how to apply for the loans and how they differ from traditional SBA loans, and restrictions on funding.
